Who is the owner of the podcast content?

Owners of the primary email address used on the RSS.com account are solely responsible for their account, the activity that occurs from their account, for any content, information or other materials submitted by them or on their behalf, and for any content, information, or other materials we may host or publish on the Site on the owner's behalf.
