The email associated with the feed is a public email and anyone can see it. This email is used by the platforms to validate your podcast, you can modify it at any time by following the instructions in this article.
The email associated with your RSS.com account is private and only the owner of the podcast knows it, to change it, please follow these instructions:
- Logout from your RSS.com account. Do not log in again until the email change process is complete.
- Open a support ticket using your original email address asking to change the email in order to ask for the migration of your podcast to your new RSS.com account.
-To carry on with the email change, the "new email address" needs to not be affiliated with an active RSS account
-It is not necessary to change your email to activate an educational plan. Just make sure you meet the requirements in our article How can I request an educational plan? and open a new support ticket from the educational email.
