Work through these in order. The first two account for most sign-in problems.
1. Check you are on the right site
Sign in at dashboard.rss.com. There is another company with a similar name and its own sign-in page, and your RSS.com password will not work there. Look at the address bar before anything else.
2. Reset your password
If the page loads but your password is refused, reset it. See how to reset your password.
3. Check your email address was validated
When you signed up we sent a confirmation email. Until you act on it, the account is not usable and a password reset will not work either.

Find that email and click the orange button, or enter the numeric code on the verification page.

If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
4. Check the address you are typing
Your username is the email address exactly as you typed it when you signed up. If there was a typo then, the same typo is what you need to sign in with. Try it, and open a ticket if that gets you in so we can correct the address.
Important: do not create a second account to get around this. A new account does not carry over your show, its RSS feed, its directory listings or its download history, and the old podcast address cannot be reused.
Still locked out
An account can also be locked after a show is removed for a policy violation. If none of the steps above work, open a support ticket from the email address you signed up with, tell us what you see, and attach a screenshot of the sign-in screen. That screenshot answers this faster than anything else.
