Transferring your podcast from a Podcast Network to your own RSS.com account is easy.

Let's dive into this quick guide to make the transition as smooth as possible:

Step 0: Decide on a Plan.

Before you start the process, take a moment and review which of the different plans we offer at RSS.com suits you best. All plans also come in yearly and monthly versions, so you can pay for an entire year or month-to-month. Keep in mind that you’ll be saving up to 25% opting for the anual plan.

Step 1: Ensure You Have an Active RSS.com Account

If you've been managing your podcast under a Podcast Network hosted on RSS.com, then you likely already have an existing RSS.com account and you don't need to create a new one. However, should you wish to establish a fresh account with an alternative email, you can do so following this short guide.

Step 2: Update Your Billing Information

Sign into RSS.com, go to Account -> Subscription and add your credit card details.

Taking this step guarantees uninterrupted access to your podcast and ensures that you can fully leverage all the features of your personal RSS.com account.

Step 3: Request the Transfer

Send an email to support@rss.com with a request to transfer your podcast. Please include the URL of your podcast or the URL of your RSS feed with your request as this information helps us expedite the transfer. e.g.

Important: For a seamless transfer and for security reasons, please confirm that you have authorization from the Podcast Network to move your show prior to sending a transfer request. This pre-approval expedites the verification process, enabling our Customer eXperience team to assist you more efficiently.
