How do I import my podcast from a different hosting provider?

Modified on Wed, 24 Jan at 2:41 PM

RSS.com is happy to help you import your podcast and episodes to RSS.com! By importing your show from a different host, you are eligible for our "6 months free" promotion (applies to the "All-In-One" subscription for a single podcast)!

Before beginning the import process, please complete the following:

Find the podcast feed URL for your podcast on the other hosting site

- Turn off any DAI (Dynamic Ad Insertion) included in your feed on the other hosting platform.

Make sure your feed is "unlocked"

Next, visit our "Switch to RSS" page. You will need to submit the podcast feed URL from the other hosting platform and add the email address you would like to associate with your podcast (If you already have an RSS.com account, provide the email you use to log in).

You will be contacted via email by our import specialist to help with the next steps.

If you would like to get a head start to speed up the import process, you can:

Add a valid form of payment to your RSS.com account

Choose the name for your podcast feed URL (we will set it up for you).

Pick a subscription plan (we will set it up for you)

IMPORTANT: DO NOT CREATE the podcast on your account. We will create the podcast for you when importing. If you create the podcast before we import your episodes we will have to delete it and use a different podcast title to import your show.
