Important: Before starting this process, make sure you have an active card with enough funds to pay pending invoices, the system always tries to charge from the oldest invoice to the newest.Keep in mind that the system does not show more than 10 pending invoices (10 months). If this is your case, please contact customer support before clicking on "Pay pending invoices now"

To restore a an unpaid subscription or pay pending bills, follow these instructions:
Select “Subscriptions” from the top right menu under your profile image
Then, click on the green button titled "Pay the pending invoices now"
A confirmation message will appear to pay your pending bills
By clicking "Yes, proceed", you agree to have your card charged for all pending months
And done! Your podcast should be active again. If you have any questions or if there are any problems during this process, please open a new support ticket and attach a screenshot.
