Spotify rejects a feed that has no globally unique identifier. In practice this error almost always means the feed was submitted before the show was ready, so check the basics before you try again.
- Set a cover image. Square JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB. 3000x3000 pixels gives the best result. See how to change your show cover.
- Publish at least one episode. A feed with no episodes is not accepted.
- Check the feed is valid. See how to validate your podcast RSS feed.
Once all three are true, submit the feed to Spotify again.
Important: if the error persists on a feed that passes validation, open a support ticket with your feed URL and we will look at it.
