Stitcher shut down in August 2023. SiriusXM, which owned it, folded the podcast catalogue into the SiriusXM app. There is nothing you need to do and no submission step left to complete.
Where those listeners are now
Stitcher's old creator sign-up now redirects to Creator Connect, the portal SiriusXM uses for Pandora and for SiriusXM itself. If you want your show in that ecosystem, follow how to submit your podcast to Pandora, which goes through the same portal.
Your distribution is unaffected
