Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other apps read your RSS feed. They don't store your audio, they point to the files hosted at RSS.com. So when you delete your podcast from RSS.com, the feed and the files it points to are gone.
For a day or two your show may still appear in those apps, because directories cache their listings. But episodes won't play, since the files no longer exist, and the listings drop off on their own after that.
To remove it from the directories yourself:
