How to Redeem a Promo Code on RSS.com

Premise: At RSS.com, we use the terms "Promo Code" and "Coupon" interchangeably. These short codes can be applied when purchasing our subscription plans to secure special discounts. These discounts can range from a percentage off the plan's price to free access for a certain period.

To redeem a promo code or coupon on RSS.com follow the steps below:

STEP 1

If you don't have an RSS.com account yet, Sign up and verify your email address. If you do have an account, sign into the RSS.com Dashboard and go to the following step.

Create an RSS.com account specifying your e-mail address and a chosen password

Then verify your email address:

STEP 2

Once you are logged into your RSS.com Dashboard head to the Subscription section

STEP 3

Press the button "Subscribe"

STEP 4

Select the "All in One Podcasting" plan and click "Get started" to go to the Checkout

STEP 5

In the Checkout page:

[1] Add your credit card details *

[2] Select the Monthly billing option (only selecting monthly billing you'll be able to see the promo code area [3])

[3] Click "Enter code" in the promo code area

Why do I need to add my credit card details if I have a discount or promo code?

Adding your credit card details serves two important purposes:

A) Security and Community Safety: This measure helps protect our community by deterring spammers and preventing abuse of our services.

B) Business Continuity: If your promo code is limited in duration (e.g., a 100% discount for 6 months), having your card details on file ensures your podcast can continue seamlessly once the promo period ends.

For these reasons, we require a credit card number when you subscribe, even if your promo code offers a 100% free plan. Rest assured, your card will not be charged as long as the promo code is active and valid.

STEP 6

Enter your promo code [1] and select Apply Promo Code [2]

If your promo code is valid you will see a message in a green box describing the discount provided. 

Press "Continue" to finalize the purchase of the plan.

STEP 7

Et voilà! Enjoy your RSS.com plan. You can visit the subscription section any time to see the status of your Subscription
