How do I access my podcast analytics if redirect is active?

When a user activates a redirect of their show to another platform, their podcast is removed and archived from our production environment and the Analytics Dashboard cannot be accessed. You would need to cancel your redirect and have an active plan in order to access your podcast data. You can always reactivate the redirect after retrieving the show's analytics.
