Important: DO NOT activate a RSS.com subscription on your account. We will activate the Non-Profit plan for you.
Make sure you complete the following steps to apply:
- Make sure you have an active credit card attached to your RSS.com account
- Open a new support ticket with the subject "no-profit plan request"
- In the description attach any evidence that you are a certified tax-exempt charity/organization:
- Website address of your non-profit institution
- Certified tax-exempt number (Or any document that validates you as a non-profit organization)
- Wait for a response from our CX team after they review your application
