How Do I Restore My Subscription?

Before reactivating your subscription, make sure you have an active card added to your account.

Restore your subscription:

  1. Click the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner.

  2. Click "Account" and select "Subscriptions"

  1. You will see your inactive subscription under "My Subscriptions."

  2. Click "Reactivate," and you will be resubscribed under the same plan! 

  3. The purple Reactivate button will change to a red "Unsubscribe" button when the update has been successful (Do not click the Unsubscribe button unless you want to cancel your subscription).

Important: If you would like to upgrade to an account that supports multiple podcasts, follow the instructions in How do I upgrade to the "Network" plan?

And done! Your subscription should be active again. If you have any questions or if there are any problems during this process, please open a new support ticket and attach a screenshot.
