If you canceled and want your subscription back, you can do it yourself. What you do depends on where your subscription is in its cycle.
If your status is "Canceled"
You canceled, but the period you already paid for hasn't ended yet, so you still have full access. Reactivating just turns automatic renewal back on.
- Click the user icon at the top right and select Subscription.
- Select Reactivate.
If your status is "Deleted"
The paid period has ended. You can restore your subscription to the same plan. First make sure you have a valid card on file (see Update your payment method).
- Click the user icon at the top right and select Subscription.
- Select Restore subscription.
Your subscription becomes active again on the same plan. If anything goes wrong, open a support ticket with a screenshot and we'll help.
